The Family Resource Network Inc., known as Family Resource Network (FRN), is an East Windsor-based nonprofit serving New Jersey residents with disabilities and chronic health conditions. With a history spanning more than 50 years, the organization and its affiliates connect approximately 30,000 individuals annually with services and resources across the state.
Family Resource Network serves people living with epilepsy, autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and chronic illnesses. Through its three affiliates, Autism Family Services of New Jersey, Caregivers of New Jersey, and Epilepsy Services of New Jersey, the organization delivers community-based programs for individuals and families throughout the state.
Its Health Insurance Navigator program assists individuals with eligibility applications and enrollment through the Health Insurance Marketplace, Medicaid, and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). Through Support Coordination, eligible individuals with developmental disabilities receive individualized service planning and connections to approved Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) providers.
FRN also operates EmployAbility, a free employment training program that combines workplace skill development, career exploration, and paid internships for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Participants attend small-group training sessions, gain hands-on work experience, and prepare for employment.

Through EmployAbility, adults with disabilities receive workplace training and participate in paid internships, while Health Insurance Navigator assists individuals and families with applications for health coverage. Your contribution supports these services for New Jersey residents who need employment training or guidance through the insurance enrollment process.
